Do Aruna make their jewelry in Ireland?

Yes, every single piece is designed and made in my workshop in Dublin, Ireland  to give you the highest quality, most detailed pieces of  jewelry you will ever own. All my jewelry is hallmarked in the Irish assay office in Dublin castle and stamped Made in Ireland. Even the packaging is sourced through an Irish based company.

What methods of payment do Aruna accept?

Payments can be processed through PayPal or Stripe using all major credit / debit cards.

Paypal payments: If you have a Paypal account you can login at checkout or you can checkout as guest using all major credit cards. Paypal is the safest most secure way to pay online.

Stripe payments: Stripe is a secure online payment method used in over 25 countries throughout the world by over 100,000 businesses accepting all major credit / debit cards. You simply enter your card details on the checkout page and then you can choose if you want to store them on Stripes secure servers for future purchases.  Celtic Ice Jewelry do not keep or save any card information.

When will my item ship?

Standard website order 3-5 days.

A custom made item normally takes 2 - 4 weeks depending the piece requested, we will inform you how long it will take during the ordering process. If you need it sooner let us know and we will endeavour to meet your requirement.

How much does delivery cost?

Aruna offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Your order will be shipped using insured international tracked post. (Signature required upon delivery)

You will receive a dispatch notification email with tracking details when your order has been shipped.

Delivery times?

Ireland & U.K        2 - 4 days

Europe                  4 - 6 days

U.S & Canada       5 - 9 days

Rest of the world   7 - 15 days

Delivery times are estimated but very accurate but are subject to delays due to busy periods etc.

If you need your order sooner we offer international courier service too which delivers to Ireland & UK  next day

Europe :  2 days.

US & Canada :  3 days

Rest of the world :  5 days

Do you accept returns?

Yes. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase you can return to Aruna and we will offer you a full refund.

When returning an item you must notify us by email as soon as possible. When returning an item we highly recommend sending it through traceable mail and forwarding us the tracking number as returns are your responsibility until it is safely received by us. We do not cover the cost of returning a package unless the goods are faulty.

Please note: Personalized jewelry such as engraved or custom designs cannot be accepted for return unless faulty.

What if my ring doesn’t fit?

We have been making and shipping rings around the world for over a decade and our sizing is exceptionally accurate, the size you choose will be the size you receive.

If somehow we get the size wrong we will happily resize the ring and refund you the shipping costs.

If you happen to choose the wrong size ring we will resize the ring for free, you’ll just have to pay the shipping cost.

It is highly recommended if unsure of your ring size to visit your local jeweler who will gladly measure your finger accurately for free.

Register / sign up and for every five items purchased you will receive a $100 voucher to spend at Aruna
with no expiry and no minimum spend, use voucher whenever and however you like.
